2. Payment for the use of the dungeon, whether for 2 persons or with extra guests, will be made upon check-in.

5. Your partner, who you choose to have a good time with, should be in agreement and accept all the actions that will be taken in the space. The use of compulsory force is prohibited as well as actions which can cause irreparable harm.
6. The bdsm furniture you will find on site is for people up to 120kgr.
7. We are not responsible for any accident that may result from misuse of bdsm furniture or accessories.
8. It is forbidden to enter into heart disease and epilepsy or any other condition that poses risks.
9. Because one of our basic principles is the confidentiality of the space, it is forbidden to come in with out-of-date clothing at the entrance. What you will use in the space is your choice.
10. It is forbidden to misuse and damage furniture and accessories and in general to destroy things. It is forbidden to move objects from one level to another. In general, any damage to the space is prohibited.
11. Booking requires a 50% guarantee. Without reservation there is a chance that you will not find the free space on the day and time you want. In case of cancellation of the reservation 50% of the guarantee is lost and the remaining 50% is transferred to the next day and time of your choice, if the space is free.
12. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without of course losing your guarantee, which will be immediately refundable in the event of force majeure (eg damage to plumbing, electrical equipment, etc.).
13. Elementary equipment is available on site. Should you require additional equipment, it will be available with a money back guarantee upon your departure. From the equipment we can provide you want to know that everything is in duplicate and after you leave these parts go to a medical oven, where they are sterilized because the issue of hygiene is a key factor in the operation of our space. You can also bring your own accessories.
14. The space is reserved for up to 20 people, exclusively at your choice.
